Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience
- Your own crew (2+ painters minimum)
- General liability insurance or valid Florida exemption
- Own basic equipment (sprayers, ladders, drop cloths, tools)
- Reliable transportation for crew and materials
- Commitment to quality, clean job sites, and customer satisfaction
- Professional communication and punctuality
- Ability to pass a background check
Our Quality Standards
We have built our 5-star reputation on quality. Every subcontractor we work with is held to the same standard:
- · Two-coat minimum on all interior and exterior surfaces
- · Full surface prep before any paint goes on (pressure wash, scrape, sand, caulk, prime)
- · Protect all floors, furniture, fixtures, and landscaping
- · Clean, organized job site at end of every work day
- · Final walkthrough with customer before sign-off
- · Touch-ups within 48 hours of any warranty callback
